The Seiko Orange Monster - Orange Monster Review

!±8± The Seiko Orange Monster - Orange Monster Review

The Seiko Orange Monster watch is a remarkably in your face watch. It has a very bright orange display which a lot of people are very fond of. It's one of those watches that is just going to last. It has a very solid stainless steel frame with a diameter of 43mm.

The watch is suitable for scuba divers, it has a uni-directional bezel, and divers extensions that are in the clasp. It is also water resistance up to 200 meters. The incredibly bright orange dial serves a very important function of being very easy to read when underwater.

The dial of the watch is very well made with large luminous hour indexes. The ring with the minute index is slightly higher than the remaining dial which creates a very cool 3d effect.

The case is as I mentioned before, very solid. The bezel is positioned in the case instead of on top. This is a nifty little design feature that increases the strength of the watch by protecting the bezel very strongly. There's nothing more annoying than a bezel that's hard to adjust, but this watch has a large bezel with nice curves that you can easily grasp and adjust.

The Seiko Orange Monster has quite huge links in its bracelet. The surface of the bracelet is finished of nicely with a polished brushed surface. Also. the diver's extension fits well onto the overly large clasp. The watch does appear quite big when on the wrist, because of the actual height of it.

With the large bezel and dial, this effect is enhanced even more. It is designed suit a smaller wrist and so it's reputation as a monster is reinforced even more. Overall this is a watch that you can knock around. It's going to keep on ticking and be very hard to stop, just like a real monster.
